Co-Creator of The UFC Starts a New Sport

15 years ago Art Davie took a risk.  Some called what he created brutal, some called it ‘human cockfighting‘, but now we all call it the UFC.

Today, Art Davie is taking another risk.  Some people are calling his new creation brutal, some are calling it ridiculous, but we will just wait and see.

Davie, who co-created the UFC back in the nineties, has teamed up to start a new sport by the name of ‘XARM’ which he labels “a combat sport for the digital age.”  The sport which combines arm wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and street fighting is essentially a three round fight with the competitors arms ‘duct-taped’ together at a bar-table.  Crazy? Maybe. Awesome? Yes.
