Resistance is futile!
The UFC’s next up and coming “Bad Boy” to follow suit like just like Chris Leben has been doing some soul searching. MMA Weekly confirmed on Wednesday that Junie has taped up the gloves and is now training at the Xtreme Couture gym. Randy Couture commented on the youngster’s decision to sign up at his gym on MMA Weekly’s radio show.
“He’s been very quiet in the gym, there’s been no antics, there’s been no nothing. He shows up everyday and straps his gloves on and gets his work done.”
It’s good to hear that he’s finally been assimilated into one of the most talented gyms out there with fighters like Tyson Griffin, Gray Maynard and former TUF champion Mac Danzig. We are also going to see him (hopefully) take advice from coaches like Shawn Tompkins and Randy Couture to learn from their experience.
